RAISING STRONG KIDS BY STRENGTHENING THE FAMILY

At Apogee Winter Park, learning is a family journey. Parents are invited to grow alongside their young leaders through Apogee mentorship programs, meaningful community, and shared values.

WHAT DOES APOGEE MEAN?

APOGEE (noun)

The HIGHEST point in developing something; a climax or culmination

At Apogee Winter Park, we believe children learn best when they are trusted with real responsibility. Our multi-age, learner-driven environment challenges students to think critically, take ownership of their growth, and apply what they learn in meaningful, real-world ways. We reject one-size-fits-all education. Every child is born with God-given gifts, and our role is to create the conditions for those gifts to be discovered, tested, and strengthened. Through hands-on projects, personalized learning paths, and the freedom to fail forward, students build confidence, resilience, and a deep love of learning. Education at Apogee Winter Park is not just for children—it’s for families. Parents grow alongside their students through our included Apogee Man and Apogee Woman mentorship programs, joining a nationwide community committed to leadership, character, and intentional living. Together, we are building a strong tribe and raising the next generation of capable, grounded leaders.

Strong families build strong communities, and strong communities build resilient generations.

Our Goal is..

  • Joy-Filled and Energizing
A space where laughter, curiosity, and excitement are the norm.

  • Built for Thinking
An environment that challenges leaders to think critically and independently.

  • Designed for Lifelong Learning
Learning that sparks curiosity, purpose, and long-term growth.

  • Free from Politics and Propaganda
A values-driven space focused on truth, character, and discernment.

  • A True Home Away from Home
A place where leaders feel safe, inspired, and excited to explore, create, and grow.

  • Empowered Learners
Our role is to guide—not direct—so students discover, question, and learn with confidence and joy.

OUR BELIEF

  • Education ≠ School
True education prepares leaders for life—not tests.

  • Leadership Over Memorization
We develop thinkers, doers, and problem-solvers—not regurgitation.

  • No Homework. Ever.
Family time matters. Strong families build strong leaders.

  • Growth Isn’t Linear
Leaders develop at their own pace—progress is celebrated, not compared.

  • Interest Drives Learning
Curiosity fuels mastery and lifelong learning.

  • Responsibility & Character Matter
Ownership builds confidence, integrity, and resilience.

  • Failure Is Required
Growth demands failure—fear of it holds leaders back.

  • Choice, Play, and Autonomy
Leaders learn best when they have agency.

OUR VALUES

FAMILY

We believe parents are the primary educators & influence in their young Leaders journey, and that parents at our campus will always have a direct voice in their children's education. Our goal is to use education to strengthen the family unit, making it a shared journey of growth for the whole family.

HEALTH & PHYSICAL FITNESS

Physical health and fitness are non-negotiable at our campus, with endless opportunities for our students to stay active. We believe that physical health is the precursor for mental health, and our young leaders will not only learn about the physiology of their bodies, but also develop the tools and healthy habits to harness their physical well-being in ways that positively impact their lives.

FREEDOM & SOVEREIGNTY

Our country was founded on the principles of freedom and sovereignty, and we are reintroducing those values into education. By empowering our young leaders and their families to be free-thinking, responsibility-driven individuals, we honor these principles. We believe every young leader has God-given gifts, and we are committed to providing them with the opportunity to share their gifts with the world.

We nurture a love of learning by creating a supportive and engaging environment where curiosity is encouraged, and individual interests are valued. Through personalized learning experiences, we foster a sense of exploration and accomplishment, allowing children to develop a passion for discovering new things at their own pace.
